In 1991, IPC opened the doors of the Carvoeiro office where since then, have been offering real estate solutions to those both looking to buy or sell their property in the Algarve.
With a firm foothold in the market, Neil Goodale joined in 2004 when they added property management and maintenance and pool cleaning to their portfolio. Soon after the business continued to expand into property management and rentals. It was at this point in 2008 that Pedro Simões joined the company.
With a strong team of tradesmen, craftsmen, domestic contractors and maintenance workers under their wings the property management aspect became large enough to welcome Office Manager Mena and House Manager Sonia to the full time team.
Mena takes care of the holiday rental side of the business where many owners make enough to pay for their properties general upkeep while having the flexibility to use it as they wish and Sonia making sure the houses are equipped, organised and maintained.
The bilingual IPC team is dedicated to meeting the needs of every client, focusing on their needs and using their local knowledge and experience to solve every possible issue
